Development of a Regional Hydrogen Technology Education Consortium (HyTEC)

Establish a regional Hydrogen Technology Education Consortium (HyTEC) for the south. The four state-chartered institutions will share technologies, facilities, personnel, and other resources for the purpose of providing interactive technology transfer through education and training in hydrogen technologies for students, professionals and the public.
